"Love the staff at Pet Suites in Lake In The Hills. They are always friendly and take great care of my dog. They are all so willing to accommodate mine and my dogs needs. My dog gets so excited when she realizes that she is going to play at Pet Suites. I boarded my dog for the first time with Pet Suites and was so pleased with the care they gave her. They gave me progress reports and pictures. It put my mind at ease to know she was in such good hands."

"Our dog Bella loves going to PetSuites Lake in the Hills, especially all day play with the other dogs. She goes directly to the car door in the morning and waits for me. All great signs she is looking forward to her day. She has been going to Pet suites for over a year, first for puppy day play. We love the staff and their focus on the care for the dogs and cats under their care. Thank you to the fantastic staff at pet suites."

Our Team Review
"My dog Timon has been going since he was just a few months old. He started at puppy preschool as a timid pup but having him slowly start mingling with other pups his age really helped build his confidence and the do’s and dont’s of playing with others. Once he graduated to the group play he is now one of the big boys and plays all day (with the exception of breakfast and lunch). The staff is great too, Timon always gets a “bye Timon!” When walking out which makes me feel like they actually care. Thank you all!"
